SCRAMBUL EVENT RULES

Absolutely no minors allowed in staging areas.  No heavy mechanical work in staging lanes.  If you need to make any major repairs, you must return to the pit area.

No leaving car unattended while in staging area

Absolutely no use of air conditioner while in staging Lanes.

Water box and burnout is optional.

No burnouts at or past past the starting line.

IF YOUR CAR EXPERIENCES PROBLEMS WHILE GOING DOWN THE TRACK, MOVE TO THE WALL INSTANTLY OR  IF YOU ARE POSSIBLY LEAKING FLUID,  DO NOT CONTINUE DOWN THE TRACK!   If you’re able to continue down the track with no leaks continue at the side of the track at a slow rate of speed until exiting the track

No stopping at the end of the track.

Absolutely no locking up of brakes at the finish line.   If you’re caught locking your brakes at the finish line your first offense will be a warning, your second offense you will become a spectator or asked to leave.  NO REFUNDS

If your car gets loose or out of shape lift and correct and come back and line up again.  Most incidents at tracks are driver error from not lifting.

Stay in your lane! Do not cross or touch the center line!  If you do, you will lose your race and the determining judge of who touches the center line is always the starter.

If you notice a hazard on the track during your pass, let the person at the time shack know as soon as possible and staff will check it out.

Unacceptable Behavior

NO DOGS OR PETS ALLOWED

NO BBQ GRILLS

NO DRONES WITHOUT EXPLICIT CONSENT

NO GLASS BOTTLES!!!

NO FIGHTING

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR DRUGS

NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND

NO Opening exhaust cut-outs while In or leaving the event, or speeding when not on the race track or while entering or leaving the event

Speeding in or leaving the park

No Scooters, gold carts, bikes etc.

Enforcement

If anyone in attendance engages in dangerous behavior or any other unacceptable behavior, Scrambul Staff may take any actions they deem necessary to keep the event a safe and comfortable environment for all other participants. This includes expelling the offender from the event with no warning or refund. If you, as a participant, are asked to stop any inappropriate behavior, you must comply immediately.

 

By participating in this event, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct. If you violate it, you may be expelled from the event without refund at the discretion of the event organizers and the event organizers may take such other action as it deems appropriate.

Reporting

If someone engaged in harassing or otherwise unacceptable behavior and it causes you or anyone else to feel unsafe or uncomfortable during this event, please report the circumstances as soon as possible, so that effective, appropriate action can be taken.

 

You can make a personal report by:.

  • Emailing the Scrambul team at report@mannevents.com. This email account will be continuously monitored for the duration of the event.

  • Notifying the On Site Security Team: The grounds will be continuously monitored for the duration of the event.

  • Speaking with a designated staff member, identified by staff apparel and/or badge.

 

Scrambul, INC may revise this Code of Conduct at any time. This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to Scrambul INC’s rights, all of which it expressly reserves.
